Who has access to this data

The data controller is the site publisher (see the legal notice). Data is hosted by Google (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Firestore) in a European Union region. No data is sold, rented or transferred to a third party for commercial purposes. The only processors are the technical providers required to run the site and send the newsletter, all bound by confidentiality obligations.

Transfers outside the European Union

Hosting is configured in a European region. Some Google services may nonetheless involve transfers to third countries; these are then governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no advertising cookies and does no retargeting. Only strictly necessary cookies and aggregate audience measurement are used. The embedded video player is loaded in cookie-less mode (youtube-nocookie.com) until you start playback.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your death. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address: you will receive a reply within one month. You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every send. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
