+ AI CTO AGENT — MOBILE APP

Your app ships a new version.
Every two weeks.

You ask. It gets designed, built, tested, fixed. You check it on your phone, you approve, it's live on the App Store and Google Play.

No team. No agency. Nobody to chase.

TWO RELEASES A MONTH, ZERO HIRES

Graduate engineer, French engineering school (EPITA, Paris), 10 years of engineering including 7 on production apps — Renault Digital, Groupe La Poste, Pierre & Vacances. This setup runs on my own apps first.

+ THE CYCLE

Six steps. You do two.

Here's what happens between “we should be able to filter by date” and the version installed on your users' phones.

You It
  1. 01

    You ask

One message. In plain words, like to a human.

  2. 02

    It designs the screen

Layout and flow, submitted before any code.

  3. 03

    It builds

iOS and Android at once, one codebase.

  4. 04

    It tests and fixes

It loops until nothing is red.

  5. 05

    You approve

On your phone, the real app. Yes or no.

  6. 06

    It ships

App Store and Play Store, changelog included.

Your time on this cycle: two messages and five minutes on your phone.

+ THE OFFER, IN ONE SENTENCE

I help
founders with an app on the stores, or an app to ship, and no engineering team
who have the problem of
~€15,000/month in salaries to hold a mobile product, even with the whole team part-time — so nobody holds it: the next version waits six months, and the payment bug waits nine days
to
two versions published a month on the App Store and Google Play, approved from your phone
with
an AI agent that designs, builds, tests and ships — operated by me, one point of contact
in
a 4-week groundwork phase — by the end, the app is live
for
€15,000 groundwork then €3,000/month, against €15,000 in salaries: five times less for a product that actually moves
without
no mobile team to hire, no sprint to arbitrate, no ticket to write — and never a terminal to open
otherwise
until the app is live on both stores, the monthly doesn't start — you pay for a shipped product, not for a build in progress

To say no, you have to say: « €3,000 a month is too expensive for a team I price myself at €15,000. »

+ WHAT CHANGES

Same bug. Two worlds.

A user writes to you: the payment button no longer responds on iPhone.

With a contractor

9 days

  1. D+0

    You report the bug.

  2. D+2

He replies, he's on another project.

  3. D+5

    He fixes it.

  4. D+9

The release clears review and ships.

With this setup

48 h

  1. D+0

    You report the bug.

  2. D+0

    Fixed, tested, regression pass clean.

  3. D+1

    You approve on your phone.

  4. D+2

    Live on both stores.

And during those nine days, the other world keeps invoicing.

+ WHAT IT COSTS YOU TODAY

You're not looking for an engineering team. You're looking for your app to move.

Holding an app on both stores takes five roles. None of them full-time — but all five. Here's what that costs part-time, every month, before you even know whether they deliver.

Product owner

Decides what to build, writes it down, arbitrates.

~€2,500/mo

UI / UX designer

Draws the screens before anyone codes them.

~€2,200/mo

Mid-level mobile developer

Builds the features on iOS and Android.

~€5,500/mo

Junior backend developer

The API, the database, the notifications going out.

~€2,500/mo

QA / tester

Checks the new version didn't break the old one.

~€2,300/mo

The total, every month — five part-time roles

~€15,000

Here, you pay €3,000. All five roles are covered.

And that total assumes they're good, that they stay, and that someone coordinates them. In a small company, in practice, you hire one or two of them — and the next version waits six months, or never ships.

+ WHAT IT DOES

Six things. Every day.

Each one already runs on my own apps, published and paying. What I install for you is the same setup, on your product.

It builds the features

You describe the need in plain words. It turns that into a screen, splits it into tasks, builds it, and submits the result.

  • From need to screen, no spec document
  • iOS and Android from one codebase
  • Nothing merges without review

It tests before you do

Two nets. A fast pass answering “does it even start”. Then a full pass replaying the user journeys one by one, looping until nothing is red.

  • Fast pass in 5 minutes
  • 30 to 50 journeys replayed before release
  • It fixes what it breaks, on its own

It ships when you approve

Version number, build, signing, changelog, submission, Apple review tracking. One command, both stores. Nothing goes out without your green light.

  • App Store and Play Store
  • TestFlight for your testers
  • Your green light, always

It watches and repairs

When a release fails at three in the morning, it reads the error, fixes it and re-runs. You find out in the morning, already repaired.

  • Releases monitored
  • Production fixes within 24h
  • You're informed, not disturbed

It keeps the code from rotting

One feature combed through every week against a reference architecture. That's what makes month twelve as fast as month one.

  • One architecture review a week
  • Dependencies and alerts tracked
  • Risky areas flagged before release

It works with humans

Got a designer, an illustrator, a developer friend? It takes their mockups, implements them, and submits the result back for review.

  • Mockups picked up as-is
  • Your own developer can review every change
  • You can add people whenever you want

+ WHY THERE'S A GROUNDWORK PHASE

Autonomy isn't declared. It's built.

Everyone has an agent that writes code. An agent that ships to the App Store without breaking your customers' app rests on three things. The four weeks of groundwork are for putting them in place.

01

The architecture

Code filed the same way every time. That's what lets you touch one screen without breaking three others.

02

The test harness

The journeys that make you money, replayed automatically. Without it, nobody can ship without you.

03

The release chain

Build, signing, stores: one command. Without it, every release turns back into an engineer's evening.

→ From there, a version can ship without you opening a laptop.

The groundwork isn't an entry fee: it's the core of your app, built and published. You walk away with a running app even if you stop the month after.

+ THE PRICE

Three lines. Published.

You know before we start what a normal month costs and what a heavy month costs.

The groundwork

once, 4 weeks

€15,000

Your app's essential feature — not the whole app, the one that creates the value. By the end, it's on the stores and the machine can run.

  • The feature that creates the value, designed and built
  • iOS + Android from one codebase
  • Accounts, payments, notifications, analytics
  • App Store and Play Store accounts in your name
  • The test harness
  • The one-command release chain
  • Your product's rules, written down
What you're actually buying

The monthly

your app keeps moving

€3,000/mo

Two releases published a month, without you having to ask twice. No lock-in, 30 days' notice.

  • 2 versions published on both stores
  • ~6 features or fixes delivered
  • Full regression pass before every release
  • Production fixes within 24h, off the meter
  • One architecture review a week
  • One 30-minute call a week
  • One readable monthly report

The meter

beyond the quota

per unit

A launch, a big feature, a second product. You know what it costs before you ask for it.

  • Extra feature — €490
  • Extra published release — €150
  • Second app on the same subscription — +€1,900/mo
  • No “unlimited”: that's a lie on a delay

What you're comparing against

Compare the groundwork to an agency quote for the same feature: €35,000 to €60,000, and four to six months. Compare the monthly to the team you'd have to hold — five roles, part-time each: about €15,000 a month. Take the salaries you'd pay and do the maths yourself.

And so there's no misunderstanding: the €3,000 is my price, not an infrastructure cost. What the machine costs me to run is my problem, not a line on your invoice. You're not buying a script that gets handed over and left with you — I operate it. If a release breaks at three in the morning, it's my night, not your budget.

+ WHAT STAYS YOURS

You don't rent your own product.

The obvious risk with an offer like this is becoming dependent. Here are the guardrails.

01

The code is yours

On your account, from day one. Not a copy handed over at the end: the repository is in your name while we work inside it.

02

The store accounts are in your name

App Store Connect, Google Play, the signing keys, the payment access. I work inside them, I don't own them.

03

Anyone can take it over

Standard architecture, documented. A Flutter developer you hire tomorrow picks it up without me. You're not stuck with anyone.

04

You approve, and everything is logged

No version goes out without your green light. Every release is dated, with what changed and why.

Truth from the trenches.

They say it better than I do. 4 angles, 4 proofs.

+ THE OBJECTIONS

What you're already wondering.

An AI shipping to the App Store on its own — won't it break my app?

It never ships on its own: it ships once you've approved. And between the code and your phone there's a fast pass and then a full pass replaying 30 to 50 journeys. If a single one is red, nothing goes out. It's the exact opposite of a developer in a hurry on a Friday night.

How is this different from your fixed-price mobile app offer?

The fixed price delivers an app and stops. Here, the groundwork delivers the core of the app — then your product keeps moving every month, without you having to spin up a project each time. If you just want an app and nothing after, take the fixed price. I'll tell you so on the call.

What if I already have an app?

Then we don't start from zero. The groundwork goes into laying the three rails on your existing code — architecture, tests, release chain — and it costs less, because there's less to build. We price that on the call, on your repository.

What's still on me?

Three things. The product — it's your business, you know what to build, I don't. Approving each release. And the developer accounts, in your name, paid by you: that's what guarantees you keep everything.

Can I keep my designer?

Yes, and it's better that way. They do the mockups, those get implemented, they review the result. Same if you already have a developer: they can read every change before it goes out.

And if it doesn't suit me?

The monthly has no lock-in, with 30 days' notice. You keep the code, the store accounts, the live app and its users. I'd rather you leave with everything than stay because you're stuck.

+ NEXT

Tell me about your app. I'll tell you what ships in week 1.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We look at your product, at what's blocked today, and I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right offer for you.
