+ MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT
Your iOS + Android app,
live on the stores in 6 weeks.
One senior engineer, 10 years of apps in production. I design, build and ship your application — a single codebase for both platforms, on an architecture that still holds in five years.
0 → €120k MRR on a studio app · 500k+ users · 4.8★ App Store · ex-Renault Digital & La Poste
+ THE OFFER, IN ONE SENTENCE
- I help
- founders and execs with an app to ship and no mobile team
- who have the problem of
- an agency quote at 4-6 months and twice the budget, because iOS and Android get billed as two projects — six months paid on a hypothesis nobody has tested
- to
- their app live on the App Store and Google Play, source code and store accounts in their name
- with
- one senior engineer, one Flutter codebase, a fixed price agreed before the first line of code
- in
- 6 weeks — a testable build in their phone from week 1
- for
- a firm figure set at kickoff against your scope — never discovered at the end
- without
- no change orders, no day-rate billing, no two teams to coordinate — and no price discovered at the end
- otherwise
- if there's no build in your phone by the end of week 1, we stop and you owe nothing
To say no, you have to say: « I'd rather pay double and wait four more months. »
+ THE REAL PROBLEM
Your app isn't hard to build. It's hard to get shipped.
You have the idea, sometimes even the designs. What stops you is the quote: 4 to 6 months and twice the budget, because the agency rebuilds iOS and Android separately, with a project manager, a PO and two teams to bill.
During those six months, you still don't know whether anyone wants your app. You're paying for a hypothesis.
My way: scope settled in 30 minutes, a testable build every week, and an app published before the quarter ends. You judge on something real, not on a spec document.
The usual quote
- 4 to 6 months before a real first version
- iOS and Android billed twice
- A meeting to change one button
- The code stays with the agency
- Change requests on every “and also…”
With me
- A testable app from week 1
- One codebase, both platforms
- One 45-min sync a week, otherwise I build
- Source code and store accounts in your name
- Fixed price, agreed before we start
+ WHAT YOU GET
A complete app. Not a demo.
Everything a real user needs to download, sign up, pay and come back. Built, published, documented.

+ THE PROOF
These numbers come from apps I coded myself.
Not an agency portfolio. Applications I built, published and that still run today — including one I took from zero to €120k in monthly revenue.

The best way to judge a developer is to use what they shipped. It's all public.
Evolum
The ritual app that competes with Calm without their budget. Generated meditations, in-app live sessions, integrated payments. 0 → €120k MRR, 100k+ users, €500/mo of infra.
BeeDone
A gamified to-do list, listed by Zapier among the best AI productivity tools alongside Asana. Designed, coded and launched solo.
Strive
A complete social network shipped in 60 days: feed, auth, AI, paywall. Clean architecture from day 1 — the CEO says it better than I do, below.
Socially Fox
A social presence management app, from design to publishing. Proof that a strong identity also fits in four inches of screen.
+ HOW WE HOLD 6 WEEKS
Six weeks, four steps, nothing vague.
One 45-minute sync a week, a testable build every time. In between, I build — you have nothing to manage.
- W0
Scoping
30 minutes to settle the scope: what ships in V1, what waits. You leave with a fixed price and a launch date.
- Scope locked
- Price & date
- Key flow mocked up
- W1
Foundations
Auth, navigation, real data, your visual identity. By the end of the week, you open your app on your own phone.
- Installable app
- Real data
- iOS + Android in parallel
- W2–W4
Build
The core features, ordered by what pays off fastest. Payments, content, notifications. You test every week, I adjust to reality.
- Core features shipped
- Testable build weekly
- Feedback folded in
- W5–W6
Launch
Polish, testing on real devices, store listings, submission. I handle Apple review. You get a live app and the docs for what's next.
- Published iOS + Android
- ASO listings ready
- Handover & documentation
At the end you don't have a mockup or a promise: you have an App Store link to send your customers.
+ THE THREE FLOORS
Three floors. Each one contains the previous.
We don't sell days: a product that exists, then a product that sells, then demand that shows up. The figure is set at kickoff, against your scope — firm, written, before the first line of code.
MVP
the product exists
Set at kickoff
An app that holds, not a demo to rewrite.
- The iOS + Android app, one codebase
- Architecture that scales
- Automated tests on critical flows
- CI/CD: updates in one click
- Accounts, profiles, notifications
- Published on both stores
- Source code and accounts in your name
GoToMarket
the product sells
Set at kickoff + monthly
Know what converts, don't guess it.
- Everything in MVP
- Reinforced QA on every release
- Analytics: funnel, D1/D7/D30 retention
- In-app A/B testing
- Payments & subscriptions
- Website + landing page
- Back-office & monthly report
GoToTheMoon
demand shows up
Set at kickoff + monthly
A machine that fills the app.
- Everything in GoToMarket
- Newsletter & sequences
- Sales pages tested continuously
- Content across all channels
- Ads manager: campaigns & creatives
- Cost per customer tracked monthly
Why the price isn't shown here
A fixed grid would work if every project looked alike. They don't: the same screen costs three times less when your data already exists, and three times more when an ERP has to be wired in. We settle the scope in 30 minutes, then the figure is firm and written — nothing discovered at the end, no change orders.

What it actually costs to run
The package covers the build. What remains are the recurring costs, announced at scoping — never discovered at delivery.
- Apple developer account $99/year
- Google developer account $25, one time
- Hosting at launch ~€50/mo
- Hosting at 10,000 active users ~€400/mo
+ WHAT YOU OWN
At delivery, you need nobody. Not even me.
The source code
Delivered and documented on your own Git repo, on final payment. No license, no dependency on me.
The accounts
App Store Connect, Google Play, hosting, payments: opened in your name, your company, your card.
The documentation
Architecture, technical decisions, how to ship an update. Another dev picks it up without calling you.
Your data
Users, sales, analytics: yours, exportable. It's your asset, not mine.
+ THE AWKWARD QUESTIONS
What you're already wondering.
Why 6 weeks when an agency says 6 months?
Three reasons. Flutter: one codebase for iOS and Android instead of two teams. No middle layer: you talk to the person writing the code, not a project manager relaying it. AI in my workflow: I generate and iterate in hours where it used to take days. I cut the waste, not the quality.
What's the trade-off?
Scope. I ship fast because we cut hard in week 0: the feature that creates the value goes first, the rest waits. If you want everything at once, take the “Full app” package — or an agency and six months.
What if my app has to hold under load?
Evolum has been running for 7 years, 100k+ users, 92% crash-free sessions, on €500/mo of infra. Clean Architecture from day 1 is exactly what lets you move fast later, when you add features.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No, it's the simplest case. You bring the business and the customers, I bring the tech. One 45-min sync a week, I show you something real, you tell me what rings true. No jargon, no technical decisions to make on my behalf.
Is the listed price really everything?
Yes for the build: the package is fixed, agreed before we start. The only extras are the recurring costs listed above (store accounts, hosting) — announced at scoping, paid directly by you, with no margin from me.
I already have an app, and it's a mess. Will you take it over?
Often yes. I start with a short audit: what's salvageable, what must be rewritten, what each option costs. You decide with numbers, not with my opinion.
What if I want to keep going after launch?
Two options. Clean handover: docs, training, you take over or hire. Or Build Partner: I stay on your product monthly to keep shipping, without you building a team.
+ SHALL WE START?
Tell me what your app has to do.
20 minutes to scope it: what ships first, what it costs, when it's live. You leave with a price and a date — even if we don't work together.
