Autonomous video editing agent

One clip shot on your phone.
Three outputs, nobody at the edit.

A real request, condensed into a few seconds.

I am not going to explain what it does. Watch the three before / afters right below. Two of them really matter: a raw clip that comes back edited, animated and on your brand with nobody touching it, and the same shot shipping a completely different offer — with no shoot to schedule. The third, the same video in another language with your voice, is a bonus that costs almost nothing more.

  • On-brand dressing
  • One offer = one video
  • No re-shoot
  • Multilingual as a bonus
  • You keep everything

The problem

Your problem was never
knowing what to say.

You have the catalogue, the 89,000 followers, the authority, and you speak all three languages of your market. What jams is somewhere else, and it is always the same place: the trip between the clip and the post.

A clip waits for an editor. An editor waits for a brief. Every video is dressed by hand, so the dressing changes from one to the next. And a new offer — a payment plan, a project opening up — waits for you to go back to the office and film. Meanwhile the unit sells somewhere else, and the video ships next week, on a unit that is no longer available.

Today
  • One clip → a brief → an editor → 3 to 10 days
  • Every video dressed by hand, whenever someone has time
  • The dressing changes video to video: the feed has no identity
  • One more offer = one more shoot, so it gets postponed
  • What costs a lot gets postponed, so it never happens
With the machine
  • A clip dropped in the morning, edited and dressed within the hour
  • The same on-brand template on every video, without thinking about it
  • The listing data burns itself in
  • One more offer = the same shot, a new script, zero shooting
  • And as a bonus, the same video in another language

The three cases — watch, don't believe

The same clip,
three different outputs.

Three blocks, each with the input video on the left and the agent's output on the right. Sound matters: turn it on, especially for the second one. Two of these three already run — the third is the build I am proposing. It says so on each block.

01
Burn-ins In production

The raw clip comes back edited, on-brand, with nobody at the edit.

A selfie shot in a living room. Nothing else goes in.

This is the station nobody can take on trust, so we watch it instead. And I am showing it on MY video, in MY brand — because the mechanism is better judged on an example I can stand behind end to end than on a demo built for the occasion. On the left, the file straight off the phone. On the right, the agent's output. Nobody touched it in between.

The raw clip · off the phone

Untouched. This is the source file.

The agent's output

My brand here — yours on your account.

What it earns you
  • You film in the morning, it ships in the afternoon — not in three days, once the unit is gone
  • Price, size and area stay on screen: you answer the question before it lands in your DMs
  • The first two seconds are worked on — they are the ones deciding whether anyone watches the rest
  • You keep the way you speak: we cut the hesitations that drag, not the ones that make you credible
  • The developer's renders land exactly when you mention them: the client sees the unit, not just you
  • Everything ships on-brand without you asking — your feed becomes recognisable at a glance
02
Declination Hand-made demo — automating it is the build

The same set. A completely different message.

You shot it once. You can say it again for every offer you have.

On the left, your original video: you talk about ownership. On the right, the exact same shot — same office, same light, same kandura, same you — announcing the 1%-per-month payment plans. You did not re-shoot. You did not go back to the office. The message changed, the footage did not. That is what unlocks volume: every new project, every new payment plan, every new promo becomes a video, without ever scheduling a shoot again.

The set as you filmed it.

No re-shoot. Only the script changed.

The script and the prompt that produced this video
What it earns you
  • An offer decided in the morning has its video by the evening — no shoot to schedule, no trip back to the office
  • Every project and every payment plan finally gets its video: you stop choosing which one deserves a shoot
  • You write three lines — hook, offer, call to action — and the video comes back
  • The key figure appears large while you say it: 1% per month here, nobody can miss it
  • 8 declinations included every month, then €5 each — where each version would be a production quote
  • It is your face and your voice, with your consent — and it stays labelled as generated
03
Bonus · multilingual In production

The same video in the other language. Your voice, your face, your lips.

You speak French, English and Arabic. Your feed picks a side on every post.

This one is a bonus — but it costs almost nothing extra. A video that is already dressed ships again in another language, with your voice. Scroll back through your feed and you find English videos and French videos, alternating: every post therefore chooses one half of your 89,000 followers and lets the other half scroll past. It is not a language problem — you speak them. It is a shooting problem, and it goes away.

Your video · English

Your original post, unchanged.

The same · French

Voice, lips and subtitles in French.

What it earns you
  • One shoot, three posts: three times the content without filming a minute more
  • Every one of your 89,000 followers gets the video in their language — today, half of them scroll past
  • Arabic opens the Gulf audience your feed barely reaches, while your site already speaks to it
  • It is your voice and your face: the client feels spoken to, not dubbed over
  • Prices, sizes and project names are never translated or rounded — no wrong figure in another language
  • Each version ships with its caption in the right language: nothing for you to rewrite

The lever

Your cost stops tracking
the number of videos.

By hand, one more video is one more invoice — and one more language multiplies the invoice by the number of languages. With me, editing and multilingual output are unlimited: one more version changes nothing on your invoice. Generated declinations are metered — 8 included per month, then €5 each. That is the only slider that lifts your line, and it lifts far more slowly than the red one.

What you actually film: walkthroughs, site visits, pieces to camera.
French, English, Arabic — the three languages already on your site.
The same shot, a new offer. 8 included, then €5 each.
You compare to
Posts 73 per month · incl. 8 declinations
By hand 8 760 € per month · AED 37 230
What you pay me 890 € per month · the 8 declinations are included
Gap 7 870 € per month · 94 440 € per year
Monthly cost by number of AI declinations By hand With me
AI declinations / month By hand With me

What the benchmarks are worth. AED 500 / video is the bottom of a short-form editing retainer in Dubai (~AED 5,500 / month for 8 to 12 videos). AED 1,500 is the middle of an agency production. A version in another language counts as one more video, and a declination as one more shoot — without the translation and voice-over surcharges, which do exist. Low assumptions on the human side, deliberately.

Why declinations are metered and nothing else is. One more edit or one more translation costs me almost nothing — that is processing. A declination is generated: that is video compute, and it is paid per unit. Selling you unlimited generation would be a lie on a timer; I would rather have a visible counter than a bad surprise in month 3.

And so there is no misunderstanding: the €890 is my price, not an infrastructure cost. What the machine costs me to run is my problem, not a line on your invoice. The €4,900 setup is added once, at the start. All three lines are detailed below.

The real math

You don't sell videos.
You sell units.

The editing saving is not the point — it is a pleasant side effect. The point is that a machine publishing three times more, in three languages, over a catalogue where a single transaction earns the equivalent of a year of machine, is not judged on cost. The four projects below are the ones on your homepage, at the displayed prices, with brokerage commission at 2%.

Alta View Skyhomes the most accessible on your homepage from €256,022 €5,120commission at 2% covers 6 months of subscription
Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City from €374,917 €7,498commission at 2% covers 8 months of subscription
Masaar 3 by Arada developer Arada from €572,559 €11,451commission at 2% covers 13 months of subscription
Paso by Beyond Palm Jumeirah from €969,596 €19,392commission at 2% covers 22 months of subscription

At the page's default setting — 5 clips a week, 3 languages, 65 posts a month — the machine you pay me €10,680 a year in subscription. The cheapest unit on your homepage pays for 6 months of it on a single commission. So the question is not “is it worth the cost”, it is “does it make me miss one fewer transaction”.

What I do not promise. A number of extra transactions. I do not know how many more units you sell because you publish three times more, and anyone who puts a figure on that is making it up. What I deliver is volume, turnaround and three languages. The link between the two is your job — not mine.

The pipeline

Six stations,
only one is human.

The first. You drop a clip into a private Telegram thread — text, voice note or file — with the project name. Everything after that happens without you, and ends with a message handing you the links.

1 you 📲 You drop clip + project name
2 🧠 It understands angle, hook, listing sheet
3 🎬 It edits subtitles, logo, burn-ins
4 🌍 It translates your voice, FR / EN / AR
5 It generates when there is nothing to film
6 📤 It publishes then sends you the links

The learning curve

It starts seasoned.
Then it learns your audience.

An editor joins at their level and stays there: their ceiling is their experience. The agent arrives already seasoned — it knows short-form codes and it has your brand rules. And every published video pushes it up: the hooks that retain, the burn-ins people actually read, the offers that make people write in — everything is measured, then fed back into the next one.

A few dozen videos in, it knows which kind of unit holds your audience and which one makes them scroll. No contractor can hold that memory: they would have had to publish your videos, on your account, for months.

The plan

Four weeks,
one fixed hour a week.

Between those calls the machine builds itself without you. The weekly hour is not a progress review: it is there to extract your taste — what rings true, what rings false, what we refuse to say about a unit.

  1. Week 0 Framing

    Your brand becomes a file

One hour together. We lock the subtitle typeface, the logo position, the exact gold, what gets burned in and what never does. And above all the project sheet: the quotable data, the data that never ships, the forbidden phrasings.

    • On-brand template
    • Project sheet model
    • Voice print FR / EN / AR
  2. ↓ I build — you approve
  3. Week 1 The burn-ins

A publishable video, not a demo

You send a clip over Telegram, you get the edit back. We iterate on the finish until you can no longer tell it apart from what you would have made yourself — that is the only criterion that counts.

    • 1 video published
    • The bot answers
    • Finish approved
  4. ↓ I build — you approve
  5. Week 2 The declination

One more offer, with no more shooting

We take one of your offers — a payment plan, a project opening up — and ship it on a shot you already filmed. You write three lines, you get the video back with its animated graphic. This is the brick that unlocks volume.

    • 1 declination shipped
    • On-brand graphic
    • AI labelling framed
  6. ↓ I build — you approve
  7. Weeks 3-4 Multilingual — bonus

    The same video, another language

A video that is already dressed ships again in another language, with your voice. We decide together what is never translated: project names, areas, figures. And Arabic gets added with a reviewer, not blind.

    • FR + EN
    • AR in test
    • Captions per language
  8. ↓ I build — you approve
  9. Day 30 Turnkey

    It runs, you drop clips

The machine is yours. You send, it ships, it publishes, it reports. A monthly call to tune taste — not to review progress.

    • Autonomous
    • Logged
    • Killable in one command

The price

It is written here,
because a page without a price can't be decided on.

Two lines, no tiers, no quote to wait for. The setup is real work: brand, template, project sheet, voice prints, encoding your taste. The subscription covers infra, operation and iterations.

Setup · 4 weeks €4,900 fixed price, once
  • The burn-ins and the declination in production on your account
  • The multilingual output as a bonus, whenever you want it
  • Template, project sheet, voice prints FR / EN / AR
  • You keep all of it if we stop
Then · per month €890 infra included, no lock-in
  • The machine runs, publishes and reports
  • Editing and multilingual output unlimited
  • 8 AI declinations included, then €5 each
  • A monthly call to tune taste
  • One command pauses everything

What that gives over twelve months. €15,580 in year one. Against it, at the page's default setting, the human version costs €93,600 a year at the lowest freelance rate — and ships neither the multilingual output nor the off-plan films. Put another way: the entire first year, setup included, costs less than the commission on a single sale at Paso by Beyond (€19,392).

The objections

The questions you're about to ask me
in two hours.

Might as well answer them now — that leaves time for the real ones.

“People will see it's AI.”

On the burn-ins and the multilingual output there is nothing to see: it is your face, your voice, your clip. The agent dresses and translates, it does not manufacture the person. The declination is the only generated content — and it is labelled as such, because an openly generated ambience film watches perfectly well, whereas a fake shot of a handed-over unit turns on the brand.

“I already have someone editing my videos.”

Then the question is not price, it is turnaround and volume. A clip sent in the morning comes back edited within the hour, not in three days. And it comes back in three languages, which your editor would invoice three times. The simulator above runs on real Dubai rates — move the sliders with your own numbers.

“Why cut some hesitations and not all of them?”

Because perfectly smooth delivery destroys credibility. In a study published in the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society A (Conrad et al., 2013 — 1,380 phone invitations, 100 interviewers), a delivery with no hesitation at all won agreement 3% of the time, against 36% for a delivery that hesitates a little. On million-euro real estate you are selling trust. We cut the excess “ums”, not all of them.

“Can you really do Arabic?”

Voice and subtitles, yes — Arabic is handled like French and English. Cultural proofreading, no, and I am not going to pretend otherwise: what your Gulf audience hears behind a given phrasing is for you or someone on your team to judge. We start with FR / EN running, and Arabic gets added with a reviewer.

“What if Instagram penalises AI content?”

The burn-ins and the multilingual output are not generated content by any platform's definition: real footage, real voice, real person. The declination is, and it carries the label. That is exactly the posture that avoids the problem: platforms penalise undisclosed generated content, not generated content.

“How long before the first usable video?”

One week. Week 0 for the brand, week 1 for a publishable video. Everything else — multilingual, then generation — stacks behind it without ever breaking what already runs.

“Who owns the machine at the end?”

You do. The template, the project sheet, the tone rules, the voice prints: your content on your infrastructure. This is not a subscription to a platform holding you hostage — if we stop, you keep everything, and any engineer can pick the files up.

“The declination is me talking — but I never said that.”

Correct, and it is the one case that needs a decision from you. The shot is yours, the voice is yours, but the words are new — so nothing ships without your approval, and the video carries the generated-content label. It is no different from a script we would hand you to read on camera, except you don't have to go back to the office to shoot it. The demo itself was made by hand: automating it is the two-week build.

Next

Give me one clip and one project.
I'll send back all three cases on your unit.

Not on an example, not on a demo: on your clip and your off-plan project. One video edited to your brand with your data burned in, the same one in English with your voice, and the project's ambience film built from the developer's renders. If the result does not convince you, we stop there and it cost you nothing.

Open question for the call: over the last twelve months, how many clips did you film that you never published — and why?
